Quick Trim and Circle Ruler The Quick Trim Ruler features 90° angles that add the seam allowance when cutting triangles, eliminating the points. Use the eight drilled holes at one end as pivot points to draw circles from 2" to 22" – and every half inch in between. Simply place a marking tool in the large holes drilled down the center of the ruler and rotate it 360°. This 3 1/2" x 12 1/2" rectangle features easy-to-read black and white markings printed in 1" grids marked in 1/8" and 1/4" increments.
