• Taruh diatas permukaan yang cukup keras tapi bisa menyerap getaran, misalnya papan kayu (jangan ditaruh diatas lantai keramik !)
• Selipkan plat (bahan) kedalam celah yang tersedia.
• Pukul sekeras mungkin dengan palu, gunakan palu dari Kayu agar tidak mental namun cukup keras (jangan gunakan palu besi, karena terlalu keras)
• Terbuat dari Hardenned steel, sehingga umurnya cukup panjang.
• Bisa membuat disc dengan 5 macam ukuran.
• NOTE : maksimum bisa untuk non ferrous metal (bukan besi) ketebalan 18ga (1.0mm)

Coned discs are formed by using the convex and concave punches with the disc cutter which cuts seven sizes: 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16", and 5/8". Equivalent mm sizes 6.3mm, 8mm, 9.5mm, 11mm, 12.7mm, 14.3mm, 16mm (approx)- Max sheet depth 1.0mm Please note: covex & concave punches produce a shallow cone. The disc will need to be domed on a doming block.
