Authentic Knitting Board : 28" Knitting Board with peg extenders (168 pegs) /1set
- This loom allows for 3 options, knit in single knit with 168 total pegs, knit in double knit with 64 total stitches, or use as a weaving loom.
Knit large projects like afghans and sweaters, and very small items also. - Creating afghans, sweaters, capes, shawls, hats, scarves, and baby items has never been so easily done. We recommend worsted weight yarn when working in the round. The knitting board uses all weight yarns.
- Made of solid hardwood with high grade nylon, grooved pins. It is very lightweight , 2 lbs, 28" long, with 64 pegs per side.
- The spacing between the pegs is 7/16" (11.4mm).
This loom has 3 adjustments for double knitting, 1cm, 2cm and 3cm.
The maximum knitting width is 40 - 45" (100-112.5cm) depending on yarn and spacer used.
- NOTE: This new 28" Knitting Board with spacer set at 2cm, has same gauge as original 28" knitting board with 1/2" set spacing.
- Gauge approx. in single knit: 4 stitches to 1"(worsted weight).
- Gauge double knit: adjustable, vary by spacer setting and yarn used.
